:: Homemade Grilled Chicken with Mango & Lettuce Wholewheat Tortilla Wrap! ::


Low-carb, Healthy! & NOMSss!!! :D



Serves: 2-4 | PreP: 10 mins | Cook: 20 mins


Ingredients:

  • 4 wholemeal tortillas (fat free, 10 inch)
  • 500g boneless skinless chicken 
  • 1 Onion (sized, sliced)
  • 1 Mango (sliced)
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tomato
  • 2 cups shredded lettuce



Method: 

1. Wrap tortillas in foil. Heat in 350F oven 10-15 minutes still warm.
2. Add onion and garlic in pan over medium heat. Grill the chicken over medium heat for 10 minutes
3. Divide the mixture among the tortillas. Fill each tortilla with lettuce and tomato. Roll up and serve.
