:: Eggs & Teriyaki Saba Fish ::

Yay!~my very 1st Attempt with my HappyCall Ochre pan~ Eggs & Teriyaki Saba Fish! :D~


SERVES: 2 | PREP: 10 MINS | COOK: 10 MINS

Ingredients: 

  • 1 egg
  • 1 packet of frozen saba fish (comes in a pack of 5 from Cold Storage. I used 2 pieces)
  • 1 tsp of olive oil
  • 1 onion (sliced)
  • 2 tsp of teriyaki sauce
  • 1/2 green capsicum (sliced)
  • 1/2 yellow capsicum (sliced)
  • 1/2 lemon (sliced)
  • 1 Happy Call pan (hehe)

Method: 

1. Grill the saba fish over medium heat for 5 minutes.
2. Add in onions and the capsicums.
3. Drizzle the teriyaki sauce over the fish.
4. Serve with lemon wedge.
