:: BirdNest topped with Comvita UMF10+ Manuka Honey ::


My Usual Wkend Dessert compliments - BirdNest topped with Comvita UMF10+ Manuka Honey! ;) 

SERVES: 1-2 | PREP: 2 MINS | COOK: 60 MINS



Ingredients: 

  • 1 piece of bird's nest
  • 200ml of water
  • 1 tsp manuka honey

Method: 

1. Soak the bird's nest for 1 hour.
2. Place the bird nest into a soup bowl.
3. Slow boil for 1 hour.

POST PUBLISHING NOTE: A bird's nest salesperson told me not to add honey, but to use rock sugar instead to preserve the taste. I still prefer honey though.
