:: Alaskan salmon tau kwa salad topped with organic Raisins & Caviar ::


Alaskan salmon Tofu salad topped with organic Raisins & Caviar! Off to Potluck Class gathering now!~ :D

SERVES: 8-10 | PREP: 20 MINS | COOK: 5 MINS



Ingredients: 

  • 1 can of Alaskan salmon. Or you may use fresh salmon.
  • 2 packets of mesclun mixed greens
  • 1 green capsicum (sliced)
  • 1 red capsicum (sliced)
  • 1 yellow capsicum (sliced)
  • 50g baby cherry tomatoes 
  • 2 pieces of tau kwa (chopped into cubes)
  • 3 tsp olive oil
  • 1 onion (sliced)
  • 2 tsp cavier
  • 30g organic raisins
  • 30g pinenuts
  • 50g flaxseeds
  • 20ml italian dressing
  • 20g ponti cream (my secret sauce!)

Method: 

1. Pan fry onion and the salmon over low heat. 
2. Pan fry the tau kwa and the capsicums.
3. Toss all the ingredients in a large salad bowl. Mix well. Drizzle with the dressing and ponti cream.
