:: Macrobiotic soup ::


Food for the Body & Soul. This is Macrobiotic lunch for me today coz this whole week I've been puking so much due to indigestion/acid reflux :: so ♥!!!

I tried this recipe which is created by Madonna ex personal chef, Mayumi Nishimura. It's really healthy and easy to cook!

SERVES: 2 | PREP: 10 MINS | COOK: 10 MINS



Ingredients:

  • 1/4 white radish (sliced)
  • 4-6 dried seaweeds 
  • 1 onion (sized, sliced)
  • 4-6 shitake mushrooms (sliced)
  • 1/2 carrot (sliced)
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 sweet corn
  • 1/2 broccoli

Method


1. Wash and then soak the dried seaweeds in water.
2. While the seaweeds are in the water, prepare/cut the other ingredients
3. Boil the water over low heat. Add in the shitake mushrooms, white radish and sweet corn.
4. When the water boils, add in the rest of the ingredients - broccoli and carrot.
