1. Chawanmushi
Material:
Fish flour 3 eggs, one teaspoon Japanese sake clear light sauce chicken prawn salt shiitake

Practice:
1. Z-shaped egg beaten with chopsticks to egg mixture, egg mixture to avoid foaming.

材料:
鱼精粉一茶匙
鸡蛋3只
日本清酒
日本淡酱清

椎茸

做法:
1. 鸡蛋用筷子以z字形打成蛋浆,避免蛋浆起泡。
2. 鸡肉、虾壳加水煮成上汤,加入日本清酒、淡酱清、鱼精粉和适量盐调味,放凉备用。
3. 把适量的上汤加入蛋浆中,以小筛隔去汤渣,再倒入小杯内。
4. 加入鸡肉、虾肉和椎茸后再蒸,即可。
2. 炸猪排饭
材料:

黑猪肉猪排
面包糠
鸡蛋
蕃薯
日本黑芝麻
咖哩粉
咖喱叶
大葱
蜜糖

白米
胡椒粉

做法:
1. 黑猪肉以盐和胡椒粉略腌,再沾上蛋浆和面包糠,下油锅炸成金黄色。
2. 以咖哩粉、咖哩叶、大葱、蜜糖和蒸熟的蕃薯煮成日式咖哩酱汁。
3. 食用时配上白饭、猪排,淋上咖哩酱汁,撒上日本黑芝麻即成。
3. 鸡肉串烧
材料:
鸡肉
鱼精粉
酱油
日本清酒
味醂
粟粉
各式蔬菜
做法:
1. 把鸡肉用盐和胡椒粉腌好,再用竹签串好鸡肉和各式蔬菜,如灯笼椒、香菇等。
2. 把肉串以炭火烤熟。
3. 将鱼精粉、酱油、日本清酒、味醂和水煮成酱汁,以粟粉勾芡后,淋上串烧即成。
4. 日式麻糬
材料:
日本燸米(麻糬米)
蕃薯
糖粉
日本绿茶
食油

做法:
1. 把燸米煮熟,槌打成粉团状。
2. 蕃薯蒸熟,压成泥状。
3. 双手涂上食油,把燸米团压扁,中间包一小粒蕃薯泥,搓揉成圆粒。
4. 绿茶搅碎成粉,把麻糬沾上绿茶粉和糖粉,即可
